Very well said, as usual Janine – a pause quite often bleeds anger to death!

Thanks Susan. I am very good, and very busy. Haven’t been keeping up with my blog sadly because of it. I hope you are good as well.

      • Hi Janine, I was wondering what happened to you. I am glad that you are well and moving on. I am also starting to get busy as I prepare for my next deployment next month so I might not be able to post regularly again :(. Stay fabulous as always! πŸ™‚

Amen to that. Thanks for reminding me as I too often forget this one. Some old saying about old dog, new trick seems to apply with me.

Yes anger is very hard to fight when it gets a hold on you. If you can just manage to hold your tongue, it always passes and then you can speak with thought and not emotional gibberish that you will regret!

I love feedback, please tell me what you think.
