I'm a woman in my 40's and finally feeling that I know who I am and why I am, I would like to share the shadows from my life. Having got here fairly intact and along the way found the ability to take a step back and see things more clearly it is my hope that perhaps by blogging I may help others through their own dark places.

Very well said, as usual Janine – a pause quite often bleeds anger to death!
I love that “a pause often bleeds anger to death”, may I use it?
You’re welcome to use that phrase π
Powerful and so true π
Thank you oh woman who lives the life of my dreams!! I miss your talented work. I have been so busy that I haven’t been able to enjoy my usual reading. Hope to see you soon!! π
sometimes you only learn this way too late……but I agree, anger should be controlled…..I can relate fully to your words……hope all is well with you now….
Thanks Susan. I am very good, and very busy. Haven’t been keeping up with my blog sadly because of it. I hope you are good as well.
Hi Janine, I was wondering what happened to you. I am glad that you are well and moving on. I am also starting to get busy as I prepare for my next deployment next month so I might not be able to post regularly again :(. Stay fabulous as always! π
As some one said – ‘Silence is golden’. π
Yes it is, especially it is laced with anger!! Good to see you friend!!
Amen to that. Thanks for reminding me as I too often forget this one. Some old saying about old dog, new trick seems to apply with me.
Yes anger is very hard to fight when it gets a hold on you. If you can just manage to hold your tongue, it always passes and then you can speak with thought and not emotional gibberish that you will regret!
