all that glitters is not gold.

Thank you so much, it seems to resonate when I say it to people. I thought I would share it in haiku. It is how I like to look at love now. After making many wrong decisions based on a feeling, now I like to make it more about a choice and thinking it through. It is easier said than done though, and takes some practice. πŸ™‚

Each step will be more cautious than the past ones. I think you are well aware of your ability to be careful and still enjoy yourself. You go, girlfriend, and have a lovely weekend!

Thanks Robin. It is good to learn and become more discerning with time. I am glad to know that I can still love through the eyes of a child without the total abandon of reality. Aging does have the advantage of wisdom, and I am beginning to really appreciate that! πŸ™‚
